NPEG uses project-based pricing whenever the scope can be defined. Professional fees reflect program size, number of campuses or program options, evidence volume, requested meetings or interviews, delivery format, timeline, and customization. You receive a written scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and professional fee before an engagement begins.
The goal is simple: match the level of consulting support to the problem rather than forcing every program into the same package.
